Here is my version of a western style chef knife.
These knives are made to order and could take up to three weeks to deliver.
Your knife will differ slightly from the photos due to the hand made nature of this item.

Made from 1/8” x 2” wide 1084 steel, it is light and nimble to use.
The rustic finish and forced patina comes from being etched in hot vinegar.
The handle is made from tiger maple wood that comes from upstate Pennsylvania.
It is finished with a dark vintage maple dye and has several coats of tung oil finish on it.
Overall length is 12” long with an approx 7” cutting edge.
